This is the 3rd time Andrea has helped us with a search. In the world of tenants that equates to 6 years. For the first two rounds we ended up renewing with our existing home. Third time lucky!! i am not sure if I could have found anyone else to be this patient as an agent in HK. Thank you Andrea. I am really enjoying my stay in the new place. My lease in my previous flat was set to run out, but my landlord, in the midst of a sale of the unit which I was renting, gave me only three weeks notice. Within 48 hours, Louise had not only shown me a flat that exceeded all my expectations but also had the offer accepted and the offer letter drawn up and signed. Her attention to detail is remarkable and her level of organisation make her a pleasure to work with, especially in this case when I had an unreasonably short time in which to find a new flat. The new flat is a delight, so I am doubly grateful for her help and professionalism. I have used Louise as my rental agent twice in two years and have often suggested to friends that they use her.

Flo has been an absolute a pleasure to work with. She ensured we only saw relevant apartments that met our criteria and always exhibited the utmost patience and wore a cheerful smile! And it didn’t stop once we found a place. Flo continued to help with additional items to do with the move (movers, utilities and more). She went above and beyond, helping guide us every step of the way. We are very thankful to Flo for her help during our home search process – she is absolutely great!
