She was professional and it was very candid and was not too salesy like most estate agents. Most agents would give up after showing 4 or five options. She worked hard to continue to find best options for us and ultimately we found a place we like. She was patient and I would highly recommend her to anyone else looking.

She listened to exactly what I wanted. She did not attempt to push me past my budget or show me properties which she knew would be of no interest. She is very personable and easy to work with.

We can confidently recommend Sayaka as an excellent property agent, who was extremely polite, professional, sympathetic and very understanding. We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Sayaka even we had very limited time, she was always resourceful with updated market situation for our flat hunting(letting).
