It has been a very pleasant experience working with Miss Shirley Li in finding a rental. Miss Li is an experienced, friendly and honest realtor. Once she identified our needs and interests, she offered many appropriate sites for viewing. During our viewing of properties, she offered much valuable and honest opinion for our consideration. Miss Li is quick in responding to our messages and calls which we deeply appreciated. As this is the first time we rent from a big corporate, the legal procedure was complicated, Miss Li was able to understand our feelings and offered support along the way. Moving is such a dreadful process, but with Miss Li’s great help, the stress has been lightened, and we are truly grateful for that.

My wife and I used Sonam as our real estate agent for a rental apartment in October 2022. She was referred to us by a friend who had previously used Sonam. We used more than one agent, but Sonam was the most responsive and showed us the best apartments in Central Mid-levels that met our requirements. Sonam seemed to know the landlord well and have his trust, and she helped us achieve terms that met our parameters. Apart from selecting and securing the property itself, Sonam was also helpful in recommending or referring third parties like movers to assist in our move. Before, during and after the move, Sonam has remained involved in discussions with the landlord, getting renovations completed by him and helping us with utilities and other related matters. She has acted professionally throughout and we continue to be very satisfied with her performance.

Listened to my requests and came up with out of the box solutions. He was able to find exactly what I was looking for, and it was a difficult request. He was also very responsive to all my inquiries, made himself available for questions, and was very knowledgable about the markets. He is also a good negotiator and handled conversations with the landlord well. Highly recommend! Best agent I have worked with in Hong Kong!
