Shirley was enthusiastic and passionate, armed with a ready smile, she even came out to tour with us a multitude of homes in a span of two Sundays from Aberdeen all the way to Happy Valley and Repulse Bay. She was dedicated to helping us find our dream home, and we are truly appreciative of it. She’s really great and very pro active finding/recommending us other suitable properties when the ones we chose were not up to our liking. She also, for no extra fees, helped us secure and prepared contracts for an additional Carpark. She was also very quick on completing all the contracts and paperwork, even if she had to come a long way to our house to meet us for cheques and signature. Definitely the best agent we had by far in Hong Kong!

Kim was extremely patient and incredibly helpful throughout our home search process. She even went above and beyond the call of her job by letting our little one use the bathroom in her house for an emergency stop!
