With Anil, he listened and took the time to ask questions to really get a feel of what we needed in our new home. How we spend our time and what we envisioned the new place to be. He really pulled it out the bag. We got a flat that met all our needs, with no compromising! We are very grateful for the time effort he put into finding what was right for us. Gertrude was very detailed oriented and patient with us; from arranging picking us up to really listening to our needs and to communicating with the landlord on everything we needed to change and fix up.
