Throughout the past couple months, you have been working with us in a very professional and sincere attitude to search for an apartment which is suitable for my family. You are always on time and well prepared. Sorry that due to some family issues that we have to stop looking for an apartment in the mean time. But you will certainly be our first choice real estate agent if we restart looking for apartment to buy/rent in the future. You are the kindest and sincerest real estate agents who I ever met.

There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.

Cherie was extremely attentive in detail and gave us so much comfort in finding the unit which we were looking for. She also put so much effort in dealing with the owner during and after negotiations and we were very impressed with her ability to handle challenges.
