Working with Sonam Thadani in securing our rental apartment last spring was a pleasure. This was our third move within Hong Kong and, after working with other brokers, we truly saw the difference that made working with her entirely remarkable and worth it. Sonam was diligent in her efforts to find apartments that met our criteria while also keeping us in check with current market trends and pricing. Furthermore, she exercised patience (and perseverance) in scheduling viewings and following through with negotiations with counterparties. Once all of the papers were signed, Sonam’s continued efforts assured that the transition to our new apartment was as seamless as possible. Given how challenging it is in looking for a new house, what with our busy schedules and having a very active little girl as well, Ingrid really made it seamless by providing us organized tours of our prospects, accommodating us on our time, and doing the liaising with the landlords on our behalf in terms of negotiations on pricing, as well as providing inputs on what needs fixing and such.
