It was a great pleasure to lease our apartment with Flo from OKAY. She was extremely well organized and we were amazed by her paperwork and efficiency! We were pleased to see her dedication and commitment- how she meticulously went through all details to make sure that all utilizes are set up and in proper working condition on behalf of the tenant. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and potential properties that are available on the market. We will surely recommend her to all our friends :)

Suk Yin (Shirley) was very supportive and patient in finding me the best apartment. I’d provide her with ideas here and there and she always responded back quickly with many options. She’d also prepared booklet for every viewing as well as detailed handover report at the end, which I find to be very nice features the company provides. Shirley has re-defined the HK estate agent experience for us. She is knowledgeable, driven and easy to work with. She has helped us find an amazing flat and has assisted with all aspects of moving house. Even scheduling the gas man, switching our electric and water and hooking us up with the quickest internet installation we have ever seen. She is always responsive and eager to help any way she can. It has been a pleasure having her as our agent and will contact her next time we move.
