After 4 years in Hong Kong and countless real estate agent interactions, I thankfully found Jayde. Jayde was wonderful to work with - very positive, diligent and perhaps most importantly, patient! She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the market and different neighborhoods in Hong Kong, which is incredibly helpful when you aren’t quite sure where you want to live. Every listing she put forward for my consideration was in line with my needs and appealing. She really listened to my feedback after viewings which saved us both time and energy and allowed us to more quickly narrow in on the perfect home. She was helpful every step of the way, from the offer letter to the actual handover. She is a fantastic real estate agent who really looks out for her clients, and always brings a positive and pleasant disposition to all of her viewings. She has a really good grasp of the rental market trends, and a long and varied list of landlords that she has worked with in the past which gave us the ability to see the most number of places in the least amount of time before we boarded our flight back to HK! What really surprised us is the level of 'after-market' service that she brings, checking in with us even months later to make sure everything is going smoothly.
