Alan was very helpful and understood my housing requirements straight away. He was very straightforward and easy to deal with and very proactive in helping me get everything organized with the landlord and utility companies and with lots of useful tips on the housing/utility issues in Hong Kong. Lala helped me find my dream home. From the minute I met Lala, all our interactions were highly professional and handled with great care, diligence and experience. Lala helped me navigate the process (which was new to me), calmed my nerves and negotiated a fabulous deal for me. She has been incredibly attentive and has gone above and beyond by assisting with negotiations with lawyers, meeting me to sign the lease, collect the stamped tenancy agreement, apply for insurance, check all appliances were working, and the list goes on. I highly recommend Lala and would use her again!

When I met Martina, I had a good feeling that she could find the right tenant for me. She has a lovely friendly personality, and I think is very hard-working. Martina constantly kept in touch with me, and I didn't have to wait too long before she introduced the Ko family to me. I also think she has good knowledge and experience with the property market. It was a pleasure to work with Martina, and I know I will be contacting her again when I have another vacant apartment !
