We contacted Jayde based on a referral from one of her previous clients. My husband and I had just relocated to Hong Kong from Australia, and were not familiar with the property market. Jayde went above and beyond to not only educate us and share her insider persepctive as a Hong Kong local, but also to help us navigate the relocation process in general. From our first interaction, we had full trust in Jayde. Not only does she have amazing knowledge of the market, she has great instincts and we were happy with each property she put forward. The apartment we ultimately fell in love with and are now inhabiting was one that we almost didn't view, were it not for Jayde encouraging us to see the potential. We would not hesitate to recommend Jayde in the future, and if we ever move we will be reaching out for Jayde's help again.

We appreciated her speedy responses and market knowledge of South Side and CWB. She was very peasant to deal with and we appreciated her time. It was a shame that some of the proprieties we were negotiating did not pan out (not for lack of Andrea's or our efforts to persuade landlords). Should we move again Andrea will be our first call.

With so many ways to find an apartment in Hong Kong it's hard to know where to go and who to trust. From the very beginning I felt that Flo was on my side. She didn't push me until she knew I was ready and only showed me apartments that would actually be suitable. This saved a whole lot of time and stress. The appointments were well organized and after deciding to make an offer, Flo made an agreement with the landlord within an hour. After that everything was so smooth, she set up all the utilities and made sure everything in the apartment was working properly. I couldn't recommend her more highly.
