Pak Ling Building - Block B 百玲大廈 - B座

Elma was INCREDIBLE. She very quickly learnt exactly what we wanted and only took us to view flats that aligned instead of trying to sell us something not quite right. She observed our reactions to flats and used these in her searches. When we did find a flat she very thoroughly checked it and negotiated extensively with the landlord. We are so grateful!

Tommy was very helpful and informative in our search of a new home. We appreciated his effort to drive the communications between both sides. In addition, we felt assured during the whole process with his constant updates. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

Cindy is a very profession agent with 5 starts service. She helped us arranged everything from signing agreement to clean and fix the flat before we move in, we don't need to worry about it, Cindy will do it for you. I would definitely recommend Cindy as your agent.
