Gertrude was very detailed oriented and patient with us; from arranging picking us up to really listening to our needs and to communicating with the landlord on everything we needed to change and fix up. She is very professional and after having dealing with many property agents.. she knows her stuff inside and out ! I highly recommend her to everyone whose looking for and apt/house.

Working with Rosa, we were very happy with the entire process and our outcome. In addition to spending the time and understanding our requirements and doing it all very professionally and with care and a personal touch, she was also able to bring her years of experience and knowledge and existing connections to be able to help source what we felt were the best options for us. This included helping us find a place that wasn't exactly even on the market, which is something that not all agents are able to do. She also helped us negotiate and reach a deal that both we and the landlord seemed satisfied with. She took care of the entire process, and shielded us from some of the challenges in the negotiation, and so we experienced a smooth and streamlined process until not only signing, but also throughout until the final handover a few weeks after moving in. Jayde is a gem. She was extremely knowledgeable, very straightforward and honest and has helped us with advice on much more than the apartment. Any questions that we had were always answered in a very knowledgeable way, but also always with a smile and within a few minutes. Jayde has been recommended to us with the best recommendations, but working with her has far exceeded what we could have expected. Thanks to her we have not only found a really nice apartment, but Jayden has significantly contributed to the fact that HK has become a new home for us in a very short time.
