I would like to thank Cindy for helping us finding our new happy home. She has been very helpful from start to finish and make sure everything is ok. She helped us transfer the utilities, contact the landlord to fixed little things with prompt reply. She’s nice, fantastic to work with and easy to communicate. A true professional. She’s really great and very pro active finding/recommending us other suitable properties when the ones we chose were not up to our liking. She also, for no extra fees, helped us secure and prepared contracts for an additional Carpark. She was also very quick on completing all the contracts and paperwork, even if she had to come a long way to our house to meet us for cheques and signature. Definitely the best agent we had by far in Hong Kong!

My partner and I had been looking for a new apartment via another agent/firm for multiple months and were ready to give up hope.
