We were living in Kennedy Town but had to find a new place as the family is about to grow with a 2nd child arriving soon. We contacted 3 different agencies and OKAY.com was one of them. We loved the quality properties on their website as many of them fit our western standards. We also appreciated how easy and convenient it was to select the places to visit directly online from the recommendation list sent by our agent with details, pictures and personal notes. Our agent, Jayde Pamuk, immediately understood our needs and our long list of 'must-haves' never discouraged her. All of the apartments we visited had something unique compared to Hong Kong standards. If we must move out again in Hong Kong (hopefully, not too soon!), we would first ask for OKAY.com and Jayde Pamuk.

Angie is extremely personable, friendly and most important listened to us, understanding our requirements and taking the time to ensure she only showed us what we wanted. Angie made us feel like we were her sole clients and that nothing was too much trouble.

I am satisfied with the professional service provided by Shirley Li of OKAY.com. She is very efficient, patient and helpful. She helped me find a good tenant and hit reasonable price. I will definitely refer her to my friends and contact her again if I have property for lease or sale.
