Jayde enthusiastically promoted our apartment and through her professional and efficient service found excellent tenants for us. We were very impressed with the liaison she provided between us, as the landlord, and the couple who rented our apartment. Jayde responded quickly to enquiries from both parties and always had a smile and helpful suggestions. We look forward to working with her again in the future.

From the beginning to completion, Shirley has provided excellent service. She contacted me very quickly after I made the initial request online then followed up with my enquiries and requests diligently. After I told her my requirements, she compiled a huge list of properties in different areas for viewing and even managed to make some last-minute additions and changes. The viewing process was smooth and I was impressed by the standard of properties we saw. We were so impressed we actually put in an offer right away! Even after the contracts were exchanged, Shirley continued to communicate frequently and send over helpful info and advice on logistics. I highly recommend Shirley.

She also made sure that the flat was in great condition, and was able to spot things that needed addressing with the landlord. Thanks to her everything was sorted in time for our move. In addition, she managed to secure one week rent-free for us and gave us a wonderful gift on our moving day.
