Moving from the Bahamas to Hong Kong was daunting. We had viewed a range of apartments with various agents prior to meeting Jayde and had begun to reconcile the fact that we would not find our dream home without breaking the bank. The first apartment Jayde showed us was the one in which we are now proud tenants. It was not sheer luck that brought this about. Rather, it is Jayde’s ability to rapidly and effectively process and appreciate her clients requirements. It is her deep understanding and connection to the HK property market that enables her to select bespoke properties for her clients. What separates Jayde from her competitors is her genuine interpersonal skills and profound ability to understand and empathise with her clients needs. Our new life in Hong Kong has vastly exceeded our expectations, largely because of our perfect abode. I cannot thank Jayde enough. Vion was very accommodating and helpful. She didn't push me to get a particular place but instead gave me the space to consider which apartment I like. She also helped to look out for blind spots (e.g. fridge not working, water pipes not working, missing bulbs etc) which I was not as familiar with. Finally, Vion was also very helpful and helped me to secure furniture and arrange for movers to bring the furniture into my new place (and oversaw the move as I was overseas). I'm very pleased with how helpful and above and beyond that Vion went to, and would highly recommend her to my friends.

We had to find a new place REALLY fast. She found one that met pretty much all our needs. Since she was our agent last time, she knew our top priorities. She helped us close out our utilities at the old place and get the new ones set-up. And she always gives great advice on how to make the most of our apartment. Amazingly, we went from notice of move, to getting the place, decorating, moving in and hand-over in less than 3 weeks! Really appreciate all her support.
