Ingrid has assisted me with the search and it has taken me about 3 weeks to find a place where I wanted to put an offer in. I have a very particular taste with real estate, given I grew up living in custom designed houses. Ingrid has been very patient with me and very professional as she has always come well prepared to show properties. She has showed me about a dozen properties but never tried to pressurise me and always put my best interest first which I truly appreciate. Ingrid is also very pleasant to interact with, and it was a great pleasure to be supported by her.

Flo was very professional and so easy to work with. She was very efficient and always took into consideration everything I wanted as a customer. She remembers the small details, which is much appreciated! Finding an apartment that I liked was stress free and we managed to find one much quicker than I anticipated because I am quite picky. Martina was amazing! She adapted to the realities of looking for a flat during Covid and when someone moving to Hk has to do 2 weeks of quarantine first. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for, so much so that I ended up taking the first flat she showed me! Impressive. I'll definitely be using Martina again should I need to move and will be recommending her to anyone looking for an agent in the future.
