We had a wonderful experience working with Nina and OKAY.com for our recent house move. Nina had a great perception of what type and style of accommodation we were looking for and was quick to source some good options, one of which we quickly secured with a very smooth negotiation and signing process. Her local knowledge of Discovery Bay and great people skills were particular services much appreciated by us during our recent house-hunting.

Working with Jayde was more than wonderful, as she fully understood both the tenant's and owner's needs without having to ask too many questions. On top of her professional attitude, she is also honest and willing to assist. We are very happy with the tenants she found us and immediately welcomed them as friends. We were looking for a place that would be in Central, but also with good light, good plan, and not too expensive. Shirley understood perfectly, and found us the exact match - and also did a great negotiation job with the landlord to secure it exactly as per our timing. She did also a fantastic job to assist us with all the utilities transferred from our old place (gas, electricity & etc), and was always available and super efficient when some questions or issues came during the move and even after. She is a positive and efficient person that I can highly recommend.
