We came to Flo with some very difficult requirements including 2 dogs, 2 bedrooms, a more economical budget and a very narrow timescale to get something sorted. She assessed our requirements and quickly found us the perfect apartment. Beyond all of this, and even after her obligations were complete, she insisted on taking charge of ensuring everything was taken care of so the introduction into our new home would be as smooth as possible. Very good all round, but especially in taking the initiative to select a good range of properties for viewing, including some alternatives to the options I had mentioned in my intro email (one of which I ended up renting).
