My wife and I used Sonam as our real estate agent for a rental apartment in October 2022. She was referred to us by a friend who had previously used Sonam. We were moving after 15 years in Estoril Court and also downsizing. We used more than one agent, but Sonam was the most responsive and showed us the best apartments in Central Mid-levels that met our requirements. Sonam seemed to know the landlord well and have his trust, and she helped us achieve terms that met our parameters. Apart from selecting and securing the property itself, Sonam was also helpful in recommending or referring third parties like movers to assist in our move. Before, during and after the move, Sonam has remained involved in discussions with the landlord, getting renovations completed by him and helping us with utilities and other related matters. She has acted professionally throughout and we continue to be very satisfied with her performance.

Jayde was a breeze to work with throughout the whole process of searching for and securing an apartment. Right from the start she was efficient and precise when it came to shortlisting apartments. Jayde was always in constant contact with us and would always respond quickly to queries. Jayde found us the perfect home to rent and it definitely showed when our son said one day “thank you mummy I love our new home!” We will only ever work with Jayde in future. Flo has been an absolute a pleasure to work with. She ensured we only saw relevant apartments that met our criteria and always exhibited the utmost patience and wore a cheerful smile! And it didn’t stop once we found a place. Flo continued to help with additional items to do with the move (movers, utilities and more). She went above and beyond, helping guide us every step of the way. We are very thankful to Flo for her help during our home search process – she is absolutely great!
