Elma was INCREDIBLE. She very quickly learnt exactly what we wanted and only took us to view flats that aligned instead of trying to sell us something not quite right. She observed our reactions to flats and used these in her searches. When we did find a flat she very thoroughly checked it and negotiated extensively with the landlord. We are so grateful!

Professionalism. She listened and understood our needs. She provided us with numerous options. She showed she cared. She knows all the areas we wanted to see. She made appointments promptly. She communicated promptly and effectively. She represented our interests. She made referrals to support us. And after we moved in she still connects with us to continue the relationship.
