Gertrude was very detailed oriented and patient with us; from arranging picking us up to really listening to our needs and to communicating with the landlord on everything we needed to change and fix up. I also liked your Company's interface that shows the listing with all details and available photographs. It was easy to shortlist the flats to view through the portal and be able to post comments.
