I have engaged Kim’s services on multiple occasions over many years to help with finding new rentals of various forms in Clear Water Bay, and more recently relocating back to Hong Kong Island. Jayde really listened to all of our requirements at the outset and requested my feedback after each viewing, which meant we didn't waste time viewing unsuitable properties. She is extremely knowledgeable about the HK rental market and the whole process, from consultation to signing, was extremely efficient and stress-free.

We came to Flo with some very difficult requirements including 2 dogs, 2 bedrooms, a more economical budget and a very narrow timescale to get something sorted. She assessed our requirements and quickly found us the perfect apartment.
