It was an incredible pleasure to work through this process with Sonam - she made it go from one that I dreaded, to a process I thoroughly enjoyed. As a result of her dedication, enthusiasm, communication, astuteness with respect to our needs and overall kindness that when my daughter and I finally move to Hong Kong next week we will be able to stay at our new home as soon as we arrive. Elma, has been respecting all our needs we had from the first visit. She helped us and still is helping for the apartment as the owner does not speak English and certain things are still not fixed.
