I have lived in America, Germany, Sweden, and Denmark, and it is safe to say that Gertrude went far and beyond with what I expect a housing agent to do. Not only did she find me the best fit apartment, she offered concerns on places that she felt were not a safe choice, showed me around my neighbourhood of interest, was flexible with meeting times, provided numerous must-know tips of living in HK, and assisted in securing and setting-up some basic furniture prior to my move in. And, of course, Gertrude was SUPER friendly - absolutely an awesome person. Even after the contract was signed, Gertrude checked in with me multiple times to be sure all was well. She was very proactive and helpful with helping us find a property within our parameters, which led to finding the right one for us in a short period of time.
