Elma was INCREDIBLE. She very quickly learnt exactly what we wanted and only took us to view flats that aligned instead of trying to sell us something not quite right. She observed our reactions to flats and used these in her searches. When we did find a flat she very thoroughly checked it and negotiated extensively with the landlord. We are so grateful!

It was an incredible pleasure to work through this process with Sonam - she made it go from one that I dreaded, to a process I thoroughly enjoyed. As a result of her dedication, enthusiasm, communication, astuteness with respect to our needs and overall kindness that when my daughter and I finally move to Hong Kong next week we will be able to stay at our new home as soon as we arrive. We were living in Kennedy Town but had to find a new place as the family is about to grow with a 2nd child arriving soon. We contacted 3 different agencies and OKAY.com was one of them.
