Her attention to detail is remarkable and her level of organisation make her a pleasure to work with, especially in this case when I had an unreasonably short time in which to find a new flat. The new flat is a delight, so I am doubly grateful for her help and professionalism. I have used Louise as my rental agent twice in two years and have often suggested to friends that they use her.

She helped me rent out my apartment twice, both during the COVID-19 pandemic when I was stuck out of the country. She went above and beyond to help me with everything, from the handover from the previous tenants to finding new tenants. She even suggested and coordinated touch-up work, helped with inventory checks, and took detailed photos and video walk-throughs. She was also great at getting prospective clients to the door and handling the entire process of coordinating viewings, follow-ups, and contract negotiations. She made the entire process stress-free, even though it should have been anything but. I would have been a total mess without her! Sonam is a lovely, positive, and pleasant person to deal with.
