She was professional and it was very candid and was not too salesy like most estate agents. Most agents would give up after showing 4 or five options. She worked hard to continue to find best options for us and ultimately we found a place we like. She was patient and I would highly recommend her to anyone else looking.

Working with Rosa, we were very happy with the entire process and our outcome. In addition to spending the time and understanding our requirements and doing it all very professionally and with care and a personal touch, she was also able to bring her years of experience and knowledge and existing connections to be able to help source what we felt were the best options for us. This included helping us find a place that wasn't exactly even on the market, which is something that not all agents are able to do. She also helped us negotiate and reach a deal that both we and the landlord seemed satisfied with. She took care of the entire process, and shielded us from some of the challenges in the negotiation, and so we experienced a smooth and streamlined process until not only signing, but also throughout until the final handover a few weeks after moving in.
