Flo was meticulous in her inspection. Nothing cosmetic can escape her scrutiny. She spotted many issues with the flat after i did my viewing and agreed to a rental deal. Suggested that i pull out. Which i did. Am impressed by her attention to detail and putting client interest first.

Vion was very accommodating and helpful. She didn't push me to get a particular place but instead gave me the space to consider which apartment I like. She also helped to look out for blind spots (e.g. fridge not working, water pipes not working, missing bulbs etc) which I was not as familiar with. Finally, Vion was also very helpful and helped me to secure furniture and arrange for movers to bring the furniture into my new place (and oversaw the move as I was overseas). I'm very pleased with how helpful and above and beyond that Vion went to, and would highly recommend her to my friends.

Hong Kong real estate agents usually fall into two categories - those who expect an instant decision and never follow up and those who pester you incessantly with completely unsuitable properties. Fortunately Flo is in neither group! She listens and tries hard to find the right fit for your needs.
