Jayde from OKAY.com was recommended to us and with her help we were able to obtain a suitable apartment to rent within the first few weeks of arriving in Hong Kong. After listening to our requirements, we were provided with a summary of our potential selections based on Jayde's recommendations and were taken to see each apartment at a time that suited us. The apartment we settled on was not even in our selection but Jayde knew its potential and encouraged us to view. As such we are now happily settling into our new home that is more spacious than we were expecting and in a neighbourhood that has all we need close by.

I have experienced phenomenal assistance and support from Dawson. He is super diligent and amazingly client-oriented. Fully understanding my needs and requirements, he has always proactively searched for the flats that could be of my interest. Suk Yin (Shirley) was very warm, friendly and helpful. She provided a number of options for us to look at. She was patient and accommodating with our requests to revisit apartments we liked. She gave gentle reminders of what to look out for and also cared about details that we may have overlooked. It was a pleasure to work with her. I would highly recommend Shirley to my friends.
