Very good all round, but especially in taking the initiative to select a good range of properties for viewing, including some alternatives to the options I had mentioned in my intro email (one of which I ended up renting).

Ruby went above and beyond to help me with this transaction. She went out of her way to ensure that my utilities were set up in time. Ruby is the best there is!

Ning was excellent being astute, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. Really enjoyed the experience with her as our agent.
