I want to thank Jayde for the time that she put into helping my wife and I find a new home. We were looking to break our original lease and move into a new place – but only if we could replace our existing tenancy. Jayde’s commitment to helping us find a place all the while whilst we were unable to break lease was ramped up when she helped list our property too. Eventually we found the right place, and with Jayde’s suggestion we negotiated a fair rental with all parties happy. When it came to the handover, it was a swift process which is a testament to Jayde’s professionalism. I met with many agents but Shirley was by far the most attentive and helpful one. She understood my requirements right away and started showing me all my options which led me to get a better understanding of the market situation. She worked very hard to negotiate with the landlord on what I wanted. Unlike many others who always seem to be on the landlord side, she worked hard to satisfy all. I felt that she is a hard working, intelligent person who is also very sincere in her willingness to help. I will recommend her to others with no hesitation and I will also reach out to her for my next move.

Jayde was an absolute pleasure to work with, not to mention a super fun person to go flat hunting with! I was on a very tight time frame and in the middle of an extremely busy period in my life, but Jayde helped make the entire experience smooth and seamless and found me a beautiful flat in Happy Valley in the space of two days. Jayde handled all the documentation and correspondence between myself and my new landlord, to the extent that she was shuttling back and forth between my flat at the time, my office, her office and everywhere in between to get everything signed off in time for moving day. Even while Jayde was out of town on vacation, she was working to help me secure my new flat because she knew how much I loved it. I have already recommended Jayde to several of my friends and intend to continue doing so going forward!
