He took time to explain the process and really listened to my criteria on what I was looking for. Each apartment he showed me matched my specifications. Jayde worked with me for the first time in October 2014. She referred a tenant from the UK who had come to work in HK and we managed to reach an agreement on the same day of the initial viewing due to her professionalism in the negotiation process.
