Gertrude was very helpful in finding an apartment that met our criteria. She was also a great resource to help us with adjusting to life in Hong Kong as we just moved from New York. She was very prompt with her communication and made it an easy experience overall.

She was very proactive and helpful with helping us find a property within our parameters, which led to finding the right one for us in a short period of time. Stephanie took the time the explain the area in detail and was very knowledgeable when answering any questions I had!
