Cherie was extremely attentive in detail and gave us so much comfort in finding the unit which we were looking for. She also put so much effort in dealing with the owner during and after negotiations and we were very impressed with her ability to handle challenges.

Although we considered several different property agents in Hong Kong, my husband and I are so glad we went with OKAY.com. Flo was professional, courteous, organized and efficient. She understand what we were looking for, showed persistence when we felt discouraged, and demonstrated excellent intuition by showing us a flat in an area we hadn't even considered. We were looking for a place that would be in Central, but also with good light, good plan, and not too expensive. Shirley understood perfectly, and found us the exact match - and also did a great negotiation job with the landlord to secure it exactly as per our timing. She did also a fantastic job to assist us with all the utilities transferred from our old place (gas, electricity & etc), and was always available and super efficient when some questions or issues came during the move and even after. She is a positive and efficient person that I can highly recommend.
