We would like to thank Janis very very much for her support and commitment in understanding our needs, wishes, limitations, timing etc. She was very professional and awesome during the tough process of finding a home and moving from a foreign country. Our wholehearted appreciation goes out to her and we wish we can repay her somehow in the future.

I needed to find a place very quickly, and Flo was amazing. She listened to what I was looking for and only showed me properties that she felt would meet my needs and my budget. She also has quite a lot of knowledge about different areas and let me know what was available in terms of entertainment, transportation and even everyday necessities and goods. When looking at units, she also helped me to visualize what would go where and how the space could best be used. She was always very up front and honest about the pros and cons of the different areas and the layout designs. Once I found a place I liked, Flo had all my utilities set up and had me moved in to my new place within a week.

Anil kicked off the conversation with a thorough consultative approach to truly understanding my family's needs and desires. His patient, guiding demeanour meant that we felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the house search process and decided to work exclusively with okay. Even after finding our dream apartment, Anil worked with the landlord to ensure a transparent handover and move in process providing a truly end to end premium service.
