I’d like to share my experience with Daphne, my housing agent. In short, It was truly pleasant to work with Daphne. She took every effort to help from find flats, check the room status, resolve issues and get the contract done. Actually, I had an issue on the refrigerator in the new apartment which I think it’s caused by miscommunication between landlord and his agents. I never expected this kind of situation so I had no idea how to solve the issue. I was very worried if I could continue the agreement because landlord’s agent was just trying to avoid the situation. But Daphne tried very hard to reach out to the landlord’s agent and solve the issue. She was willing to take the responsibility on what she did nothing wrong and convinced landlord and his agent to share the responsibility. I moved to the new apartment last week and my family are so happy with new apartment. It would not have been possible to get the TA signed without Daphne’s help. Josephine has been brilliant in helping us find an apartment that works for our family. She was always available within the minutes to take us for apartment viewing. She took time to explain to us any legal, government related policies that we need to be aware off. She also did a great job negotiating the rent and making both us and the landlord feel comfortable that we are making right decision. Thank you Josephine for all your help.
