There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.

I am very satisfied with the service I received. The most valuable part of working with Heike was that she truly listened to my criteria and efficiently narrowed down the options, which saved me considerable time. Rather than simply trying to sell me the most expensive property within my budget, she provided valuable advice focused on maximizing value. Heike not only met but exceeded my expectations—she was highly efficient and a genuine pleasure to work with throughout the entire process.

This is the second time Ning has helped me find a home. She understands my needs and have been very helpful on both times. The second move needed to be completed in a short time frame and she already knew what I wanted and got the flat I want quickly without going through a lot of choices. She always goes above and beyond!
