Lala was understood our needs and requirements and she shortlisted apartments well accordingly. She is well organised and detailed from beginning to end. What I really like about her is that she followed on things we asked and responded in a timely manner. Her attitude is always professional and very pleasant to deal with. Anil was absolutely fantastic. I have previously had many agents who haven’t listened to what I’m looking for. With Anil, he listened and took the time to ask questions to really get a feel of what we needed in our new home. How we spend our time and what we envisioned the new place to be.
