Ning was excellent being astute, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. Really enjoyed the experience with her as our agent. In particular she did a great job in understanding our needs while sharing her knowledge / expertise of the market, down to the particular neighbourhoods. He understood what we wanted, not just sell any old place. He was proactive in making a recommendation to us and helped us identify a flat early before others saw it. He liaised well with the landlord. He is friendly and no nonsense.
