Kim was absolutely incredible to work with, and (for me at least) sets a new benchmark in what I should expect from an agent in the future (which will no doubt be Okay and/or Kim!). She worked well beyond the scope of what I could have expected of an agent, despite the fact that my budget was relatively small, and overall she achieved a final deal that worked very well for me. On top of this she is personable, easy going and a pleasure to chat to and work with. You are lucky to have such an individual in your organization that represents your brand.

Shirley has been very available throughout the procedure; no matter viewing or Whatsapp at any time (day and evening) during several weeks to answer our questions, and get good deal for my home. She fought for us to get the keys earlier than the expected entry date to facilitate our moving out, and she managed to get HKD 2,000 cleaning fees for us from the landlord. She also helped us to handle the utility bills, which significantly saved our time. I thank Shirley for her time, availability and kindness. It has been a pleasure dealing with such a nice person. I am sure will introduce my friend to Shirley:)

We didn't really know what we wanted, other than 3-bed and more space, Shirley Suk Yin-li helped us through our changing minds: we started in Tin Hau and then settled on Mid-Levels and then, after seeing dozens of places, had a new idea: Kowloon Tong. Shirley stayed with us all the way and showed us some great places all over town (coming with us on MTR as we don't like motor vehicle transport!) and in the end we found the perfect apartment, beyond expectations and a real find. Good job Shirley, thanks for your great efforts, most agents would get frustrated when the client keep changing the budget, the district, the size etc etc. Shirley was also very helpful during the handover process, with utilities and internet and some minor works required.
