When I was looking for recommendations for an agent with good taste in flats and someone who would only show properties matching my criteria, more than 1 person recommended Jayde. I was not disappointed. Not only did she help me find a flat that I love, but did so within the tight time constraints I had. She was reachable for any questions, was extremely efficient, positive and everything was set up seamlessly. I can't recommend her highly enough!

In one word, this is an outstanding experience..Daphne clearly understood my requirements when I explained her in WhatsApp..she showed me 3 properties, exactly matching to my taste, location and budget on a weekend...no time wasted..this tells that how clearly she understood client requirements and needs. In 2 hours, we closed the deal and then onwards she has taken all paperwork very diligent. In fact she also helped me in negotiating the rent with owner and got best deal for me.. I have seen many real estate agent but certainly I can say that Daphne stands out she is exceptional.
