Lala was understood our needs and requirements and she shortlisted apartments well accordingly. She is well organised and detailed from beginning to end. What I really like about her is that she followed on things we asked and responded in a timely manner. Her attitude is always professional and very pleasant to deal with. I have already referred my friends to her who are looking for an apartment. In a nutshell, she is great.

Throughout our search for an apartment, Ruby has provided lots of great advice, she showed us a good range of properties in the areas that we identified as our preference and nothing had been too much trouble for her.
