Vincent was extremely helpful when we were looking to secure a space for our new hair salon. He listened to all our needs and was aware of our budget. He was super responsive and extremely accommodating of our limited time. Vincent went out of his way to make us feel welcome in and comfortable during the whole process. We are delighted with what Max found us and that she negotiated the price down to our budget - something she was confident she could do before she showed us the place. The second aspect to a good property agent is the whether the search and decision process is efficient, speedy, focused on relevant properties, with a wide variety of choices, all within budget and meeting key criteria. Max worked with all four of our family - including two teenagers - so that in the short time available, we got a good idea of the choices we had. In the end we were left with two places so attractive that our problem was losing the attractions of one for another even better. Max also handled the admin., transfers and handover as smoothly as you like.

I contacted Stephanie after seeing a place on the okay.com website that I thought would suit my family. She responded to my queries and questions extremely quickly and did as much as she possibly could to make the move to our new home seamless. Stephanie is one of the most positive and approachable people I have met and nothing was too much trouble. Throughout the moving process she was on hand to liaise with the landlord including negotiations about rent and requests for alterations on the property as well as, giving advise on a number of issues that arose. I can't thank her enough for all the time and help she gave us and of course, would highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking of moving.
