It was a great pleasure to lease our apartment with Flo from OKAY. She was extremely well organized and we were amazed by her paperwork and efficiency! We were pleased to see her dedication and commitment- how she meticulously went through all details to make sure that all utilizes are set up and in proper working condition on behalf of the tenant. Flo's help to find an apartment was exceptional. Not only did she listen to my requirements and deliver a number of options meeting the criteria, she was also always on hand to offer support through the process. She thought of everything you needed to consider, sorted all the admin & utilities and was full of helpful tips and recommendations on HK itself. All in all Flo made the transition to HK a much easier experience. I'd highly recommend Flo to anyone relocating or moving house.
