She helped to arrange all inspections in one day and I was able to secure the property I wanted the most in a super competitive market - she made the whole process seamless and pain free! Following the signing, she also helped to arrange various utilities connections and touch up of the property. I would highly recommend her service to anyone who’s relocating to HK.

There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.
