Fantastic Agent – Mary went above and beyond! I cannot recommend Mary enough! She is an exceptional real estate agent who truly cares about her clients. What stood out most was her incredible negotiation skills—she worked really hard to get the deal done and ensured I got the best possible outcome. Mary is one of the most honest, hard-working, and caring person I have ever met in last 10+ years in Hongkong. She showed me apartments multiple times, patiently making sure every detail was perfect until I felt completely satisfied and happy with my choice. There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.
