Shirley has been relentless in her pursuit of helping us find our perfect home. Our list of requirements is long and Shirley has brought us several apartments that meet our needs. I have appreciated her openness and transparency, diligent hard work and persistence in helping us find what we are looking for. She is positive, respectful and generous with her time. We knew Shirley by internet property search. We knew plenty of agencies and had been looking for a real home for a long time. Without much expectation, we set a target for her and to my surprise, her relentless effort made things happen. Not only completion but a completion for both the well-being of the buyer and seller. She continued her effort despite finishing the deal and helped out in various aspects including renovation, mortgage, and insurance issues. She is an all-around agent and I recommend her if you need to sell or buy any properties.

As a single mother moving across continents, finding an apartment in HK worried me the most. However, with the incredible support of Sonam, who worked with us from whilst we were still abroad to the point of moving in, this task resulted in our dream apartment! Sonam worked closely with me first to get a sense of the type of apartment in terms of style, was able to aptly match this with listings that were in our price range. This meant that when I arrived for our initial 3 day visit to find an apartment, everything was set up for viewings. Sonam went even further to help me understand the different areas of the city, both considering my needs as a working mother, but also my daughter's needs. She even went as far as to get the bus schedule of my daughter's school and helped map the different apartments to the routes. Sonam, through her incredible communication helped me navigate all the processes even though I was located On a vastly different time zone!
