Just wanted to commend the service of Joanne from OKAY for helping us rent our place. She was very good with all the attentions to detail that made the transaction smoothly. She answered all our question speedily and was able to give us good insights on things we were not familiar with. I have no hesitation in using her services in the future and would recommend her to my friends.

Helena is polite, patient, professional and detail-oriented. She consistently provides advice to the client’s best interests. She never put pressure or remarks that are inappropriate. We feel comfortable and trust Helena’s professional service.

We had to find a new place REALLY fast. She found one that met pretty much all our needs. Since she was our agent last time, she knew our top priorities. She helped us close out our utilities at the old place and get the new ones set-up. And she always gives great advice on how to make the most of our apartment. Amazingly, we went from notice of move, to getting the place, decorating, moving in and hand-over in less than 3 weeks! Really appreciate all her support.
